dLists new version 1.110 is online at the AppStore! It fixes a few bugs and adds a new way of organizing your items inside a list:
• Custom Order! Edit the order every item appears on your lists! You still can use the PickUp Order and Alphabetic Order too.
For the new users, dLists now offers some examples lists at the first run. Use them as you please to understand all the possibilities dLists offers to you.
Update dLists now for free if you are a previous owner, or buy at the AppStore.

The new version of dLists is now available to download at the App Store (link here)!
This new version offers some cool new features like:
• Corrects a few bugs.
• Includes a NEW FEATURE: “Checked Items”. Now as you select an item in a given list, dLists automatic puts it away to a new special category called “Checked Items”. This way as you check the items, the list gets smaller and smaller, making it easy to see what’s left to be picked up!
• Now you can EDIT TEXT CHARACTERISTICS when using the “pencil” button when in Products Details Screen, making it easy to change mistyping and things a like in text characteristics such as Category and Brand.
• You can EMAIL any list you have to everyone! Yes! Now you can send a list by email to any friends you have. So, even if your wife/husband doesn’t have the App, or even an iPhone, you can send her/him a list! The email is formatted in simple text, so any phone with email capabilities can open it! Very cool!

We truly thanks our clients for the great feedback and we renew our compromise to make dLists every time a little bit better!

Version 1.108 with email list was submitted to the App Store

Good news! It’s done! The code that will allow you to send an email to anyone you want containing a given list of your choice with dLists is on the new version submitted to the App Store (1.108).
So, let’s say your wife is at the Mall and you remember you did a List of stuff you need from there. Just select the list you want to send and email it the her phone!
Even if she doesn’t have an iPhone, or dLists, she’ll be still able to get it! Yes, dLists will send a plain text formatted version of your list so anyone can get it!
This feature was a recurrent claim from our clients and now I’m happy to announce that it will be available very soon! Depending on Apple’s time frame to approuve it, it should be on the AppStore in the next 7 days!

How Pick Up order works

dLists offers an unique feature called “Pick Up List”. It was designed to help you allocate your groceries products in your shopping cart in a way that your ice-cream won’t melt and your chicken eggs won’t break.
So, this feature only makes sense when elaborating Groceries Lists.
dLists takes the values you enter in the item’s characteristics screen to calculate the ideal order. Note that the text fields such as the category and brand are not take into account in this calculation, but all the others do.

How to change list's display order

A few clients sent me emails asking about how to change the order that the main screen (Lists Screen), appears when dLists starts up.
Well, here’s a quick how to:
1. At the main screen, please tap on the "duplicate list" (the first one, beginning from the left to rigth) or the "change order/delete list" button (the second one, beginning from the left to rigth);

Great News!
dLists iPhone App, was updated to a new version (1.107).
This new version was submitted to the AppStore/iTunes Store today and should be available as a free update sometime next week.
The 1.107 new version includes some cool simple new features that, I think, will help a lot when using the app in big lists. Here's a list of the fixes made:

Version 1.107 is on the way

Due to some fantastic insights from our clients a new version is on the way to be finished in just a few days!
The most important new feature is already done and we are finishing its testing. This feature was proposed by you, clients and is related to how to organize big lists.
When at the groceries store, or at the mall, if you have a big list (let’s say more then 40 items), is kind of hard to scroll up and down to see what’s still to be checked. Well, with this new version you a fix for this. As you check the items, they’ll be automatic pulled out the list and put at the botton of it under a category named “Checked Items”.
A new request was to permit editing of the Category and Brand characteristics of an item. Well, there you go. With this new 1.107 update you can!
